As I was walking done the street, the face actually startled me when a
randomly glanced over. It has a bit of an "anime horror" look to it

based on the lies1.com site, it is one of the signature graphics of the artist
the artist seems successful in projecting an identity, and certainly "lies,
lies, lies" is an evocative declaration to be spreading around, especially
paired with horror-ific imagery; it reminds me of Shepead Fairey "Obey" and
similar messagery
