Ordered a bunch of film and small stuff off the website
on Tuesday. Box arrived today, everything OK with only
one minor exception, a six-buck step-up ring.
Me: (beep-boop-beep-boop-beep-beep-boop-beep)
B&H: "Customer Service. How can I help you?"
Me: "I think I need an RMA."
B&H: (calls up order info) "What's the problem?"
Me: "I ordered a 52-58 step-up ring. That's what
the baggie was labeled, but inside was a
52-43 step-down."
B&H: (pause) "There, I've mailed you the right one."
Me: "You want this one back?"
B&H: "If you feel like it. Have a nice weekend."
Gotta love the place!
