That's correct.

Feeling Dave's pain in running back and forth to the computer with the SD card 
to adjust focus, I will refer once again to the excellent, quick, 
live-view-based AF-adjusting method using one's monitor with a target pattern

As you go to the adjustment screen, you have a choice of selecting the 
adjustment to apply to all lenses or just one.  If you've selected just 
one each time you made an adjustment, I believe then the camera will 
recognize which lens it is and adjust accordingly.
