Daniel, of the lenses you mentioned I have the SMC-F 80-200mm 4.7-5.6
Its advantages are: lightweight, 49mm filter thread, internal zoom (the lens doesn't change its length when zoomed), good IQ (though not outstanding, but better than most people think), cheap price, metal lens mount, fast focusing, small size.
On the less side: slow (4.7-5.6), cheap build quality.

All in all, its a good lens if you want it small, light and cheap. If you need something faster, you'll pay the price both in money and weight. A better quality alternative is the SMC-F 70-210mm 4-5.6. Its IQ is excellent, at least on film (not to be confused with the FA 70-200mm power zoom or the non-SMC F 70-200 4.5.6).
