With or without a filter?  The 100mm macro for 6x7 does 1:1 with its 
included filter, otherwise it is 1:2.

The newer lenses for 67 are getting much better for this (I'm quite 
happy with my 75mm f2.8, it focuses down to a foot and a bit).  Of 
course, that requires one to buy brand new lenses.

I agree with Tom on the rest, especially:

...and that you should find a place and go handle them.  It really does 
make a difference (and it sold me totally on the 67 over the 645n, which 
I did quite like).  If you're buying used, more plentiful deals are 
probably out there on 67 stuff, but then you're getting the older lenses 
with the poorer minimum focus distance.  As an example, with the 105mm 
f2.4 (even the newest version, which I have), you can't get any closer 
than a head and shoulders portrait.
