Thanks, and thanks to everyone else too. The rusty thing was a bit of steel among the boulders at the beach close to where I started. I can never resist good rust, I love the colours and the patterns. I was almost wishing I'd carried the macro lens. I haven't stretched my photographic legs much for a while and I enjoyed my day down there. My legs were sore and I was tired, but quite satisfied. I only wish I could have caught up with Dad but he was working.
