Unless you use a diffuser, which can cost you about 2 stops. I've started 
to use one so I can illuminate a wide area when shooting with a 20mm lens. 
I'm grateful my flash is rated at 120 ft, because even with ISO 800 film, 
the remote corners of a large room will darken at f/8.
