I assume you use the Ulead Photo Explorer version6. Version 7 which I have
does open the PSP format without a problem. I only find it not very stable.
I also use CompuPic5.3, which is a lot faster in building the thumbnails and
in showing them as well as more stable, but it doesn't support drag & drop
as good as Ulead Photo Explorer, nor does it support the PSP format or 48bit
depth TIFF files.
