I would have to agree here, even though I appreciate that they can be 
dismissive and rude, I too had a very pleasant experience at B&H. I asked to 
see an MZ0S (my first view) and I made it plain to them that I wouldn't be 
purchasing it there and then. However since there wasn't one on the shelf they 
had a brand spanking new one shipped up from the bowels of the place and opened 
it for me. Many of the sales guys on the Pentax counter hadn't seen one yet 
either so there ended up being quite a crowd on the other side of the counter 
:-)
