I would have to agree here, even though I appreciate that they can be dismissive and rude, I too had a very pleasant experience at B&H. I asked to see an MZ0S (my first view) and I made it plain to them that I wouldn't be purchasing it there and then. However since there wasn't one on the shelf they had a brand spanking new one shipped up from the bowels of the place and opened it for me.
