No reason the materials chemists of the world shouldn't be able to give us bodies for all or cameras that would be chameleon like and change to the color of our preference, like to match our vehicle, or our shoes, or go to camo for treks in the forests or deserts of the world. For those who like to stand out in a crowd, you could have an anti-camo setting with bright obtrusive colors that hurt your eyes.
