I had issues like this on the K100D, but the D, K10D and DS were all fine. I don't own the K20D but will note that the D300 I do own has issues with accurate exposure if a non-CPU lens is defined with an aperture smaller than f4 and Matrix metering is selected (It will underexpose by 1-2 stops in that case). Nobody's perfect.
