I'm thinking of something similar (construction of a new building) and
the idea is to shoot a 360 pano every week for 1 year. If you have a
full 360 pano of the location it's possible to extract a series of
shots with the same viewpoint and compile a slide show of something
interesting. My biggest problem is the growing building and where to
put the camera.
