Hi All, I remember reading a rumor about half a year ago or so, when the 77/1.8 was out of stock in many stores, that some issues may have been discovered - delamination similar to 28-70/4, and presumably fixing that problem was causing the production delay. I have never seen it confirmed one way or the other.
