;^) to some this may come as a forbodence of impending doom
but, of late, even I (m42 Bill) have been using a zoom
a good bit. Not that I have been burning much serious film
lately, as business ops are in the tank and there really
isn't much around here that I haven't got way too many
shots of already. My most interesting & fun shoots have
been of people recently - belly dancers, some musical acts,
general folks & friends at summer outings and the like.

Good fortune has permitted me to acquire a real nice old
              Pentax K 45-125mm f4 from a fellow PDML'er and also an
AF280T flash. Haven't really used the flash much, as it
was a more recent addition. Pulled the m42 adapter out of the
SuperProgram and the 45-125mm has been there for several
months now. Great fun shooting at f22 w/ guide#'ed flash
in the dark :^) Now that I have TTL flash, I can be less
apprehensive about flash over-exposure and the like. I do
often see opportunities outside the zoom's range (which is
a wonderful spread, IMHO). I usually have the K400mm f5.6
and another m42 adapted body and a couple wides out in the
car, though - just in case. Also have been playing around
w/ a (Gasp!) Polaroid Spectra 1200i Egads! Just realized
that I have not *one* (the Zoom90wr), but *two* auto-focus
              cameras!

Beware! Repent! ... the End is Near!!!!!
