Paul, I've been stalking an occasional one of these fellows, but thus far, have not even reached manual focus quickly enough. Now that I have the 80~320 I feel adequately armed and am hopeful. I don't know if anyone else mentioned it, but it seems a bit odd that the outer wings show less contrast and detail. Is the center of the 50-200 that much sharper. Was there some movement or is it due to the darkish center area background? It's a nice catch, but I've seen even better examples of your successes in this "sport". ;)
