The only problem I have encountered with camera memory cards is customers putting the XD cards in the SD card slot. The XD cards have a notch that hangs them up so they won't come back out. I have to dis-assemble the SD reader to get them out. I'm getting pretty good at it though. I can have the reader out of the kiosk, get it apart, get the card out, put the whole thing back together and show the customer the correct slot to use next time in under a minute now. All the while making soothing noises that, "No, it's no problem at all.
