In 1989 I was at Tokyo's Haneda airport and was checking in my hand luggage.
I was carrying a martial arts kit bag which had a portable chin up bar
strapped to the outside of it. This was an extendable metal tube with
rubber pads at each end that could be jammed into a doorframe by unscrewing
it to the right length. The check-in clerk asked what it was and I
foolishly said: "a Rocket Launcher". He echoed back: "Locket Rauncher?"
Then: "ROCKET LAUNCHER!!" Suddenly whistles were being blown and security
men came running. I was in big trouble. My (then) girlfriend was not
amused. In the end I had to screw it into a doorframe and do a few chin-ups
before we were allowed to go. I wouldn't try this sort of joke now.

Regards
Nenad
