Then don't hand it over! Certainly here in british airports we can insist on
unpacking and opening equipment to be inspected ourselves, the airport
security have no right to handle the equipment. They can insist that if in
the opinion of themselves and the control authorities they are not assured
of an items safety that it does not travel.
