I have the MF (ATX SD 80-200/2.8) version. I like it, and most of the people on the 
list who have
one like it too. I have never used the AF version, so have no opinion about it. If the 
one you are
looking at is an "A" mount, it is probably the same as the one I have. I use it more 
than any other
lens I have. In fact, it lives on one camera body the other lens share the other body. 
The best
thing about them is they are affordable, I can't think of another 80-200/2.8 you can 
say that about.
