Possibly yes, but copy toner is a mixture of carbon black (or some other pigment) plus
usually a styrene-acrylic copolymer which is what is used by the fuser roll to heat
set the image from a photocopy. So, while there is carbon black there, there is also
other nasty polymeric compounds you'd probably not want to place on your glass.
