Hi!
I'm sure this theme was beaten here to death, but...
Ok. I don't want to buy big and heavy pro-zoom in the range of 70-300...
I want a consumer version. I'll just use it occasionally. And I need 200-300
range regardless if it is soft.
I also don't want to mess up with TCs.
Since I started with Tokina lens and love them, I'd prefer something from
them, but unfortunately Tokina has nothing right now...
Next thought was to get Pentax FA 80-320 f/4.5-5.6 and I almost ordered it
when I saw a Sigma 700-300 f/4-5.6 DL macro.
This Sigma even got a better reviews then more expensive APO version.
Macro mode may be helpful as well.
Now the question - is it significantly worse then Pentax 80-320???
I'd appreciate your responses.
Thanks.
