I saw the horse photo (not sure if you got my suggestion about moving the
copyright notice to a less conspicuous spot)... but I must've missed the
bridge one.

To be totally honest, I can't say that it does a whole lot for me.
Shooting from behind the "wheel thing" seems like a decent enough idea,
but the perspective is not as interesting as I would've anticipated.
Overall, nothing really of interest for me to grab a hold of. On a more
positive note, I will say that I like the placement of the copyright
notice much better. But as for the b&w conversion, for me the initial
composition wasn't really strong enough to hold it's own in a b&w version,
so it doesn't quite work for me. Admittedly, the original version didn't
grab me, either... but the yellow line across the bottom at least gave me
something to look at.

Well then, ignore away :o) ... But hey... at least I *did* say I liked the
horse photo :o) Anyhow, I hope that helps,
