I disagree with Jerome.  I like the image a lot, and
think it's much stronger in B&W, without that
distracting yellow line.  The one further change I
would suggest is cropping the right side just about
where the P in the copyright notice is.  That would
cut out the light-colored vertical thingy, and
emphasize more the similarity of the wheel you're
shooting through and the wheel in the distance.
