Something else to try this evening, now it feels like I'm getting somewhere.

The coupling seems fine I'm only using the screwdriver very carefully since 
the lens gave trouble.

Is this some "official" method, I've never had a clutch lens before, now I've 
got two at once and the other one (24 f/2) seems fine.
