Unlike William Robb,the two or three times i have used them for accessories and 
or
repairs,they were 
great.
Fixed up my PZ-1 in about 10 days.   
I sent a fax first,then later in the day i phoned. I think i left a message and 
a return
call was about a day.

Bill has had his LX's in a number of times and i'm sure he'll jump in to this 
thread.:-)

No my calls to Nikon over a broken D2H went unreturned for a week. I finally 
drove down to
their office 
in Mississauga and they seemed to be talkative then.
