I went to Pentax Canada's web site and could not find a phone number of email address. They do have a web message page and I left a web message about the required part. After several days with no reply I looked op their phone number and left a voice mail message with a technician. Several more days later and still no reply. I was given an email address of a Pentax employee who might help. I sent a message asking for assistance. Still no reply. Do they exist? Can anyone suggest a way to get a response? I can't afford to fly to Toronto. Not likely but: If you have a destroyed F 70-210 1:4-5.6 could I have the slider plate out of it? Powell
