(or slide) can produce this kind of resolution.
Even this is unlikely in pictorial applications.
Do a quick check of the Fuji website (they seem to have the finest grain at the moment, and they actually publish the data), and you will find that somewhere in the range of 90 lmm is about the best you can get.
Note 1000:1 is NOT a pictorial application.
