I comment on photos when appropriate such as when people ask for them, it doesn't happen as often here as the tech talk ( now with scanners and digital the tech is dominating for sure) but the tech and the art are not separate items, if you do not know the tech you cant create the art. Hell if you don't know the tech you cant even do documentary photos, let alone art. JCO
