77 vs 85/was: www?

So it seems that a 28-105 zoom would be a versatile solution.
OR a FA77mm/FA85mm. The last two lenses are both expensive critters.
Reading the lens comments about them - especially about the FA85/1.4 - is
confusing. Which one is the better lens for over-all photography (people,
street, landscapes)? By the way: does anyone know how/where to find a black
77Ltd. Its on Bojidar's site but not offered for sale anywhere.
