http://www.jasonlivingston.com/sigma-review/ Looks very encouraging. This Sigma seems to be brighter alternative to DA 16-45/4 and it is of similar size (67mm filters) to this Pentax lens too. Anyway with 27-75 mm equiv. and f2.8 it should be good choice for many *istD users.
