I asked Peter (in sunny Brighton) if he could get me the DA 14. His
reply, below, suggests that even new lenses are being made to order.
Maybe its time to start pricing Nikon.
Do we have any contacts in Japan who could find out what is happening?

what I am saying is:
Pentax are in dire straits. There will most likely not be any definite
delivery date. But I'd like the opportunity to confirm this first.
I guess if we ship it to you from Japan the likely cost by EMS is going
to be something around GBP25 (US$45ish).
And I don't know about a price at the moment.
