Okey, so I got the lens today.

I bought me some small screwdrivers and sat down to work.
But i got to a problem quickly. 3 of the screws that hold the bayonette are STUCK. I'll damage them badly if i continue.

Tell you what, based on my experience, they aren't stuck (unless they rust, which is highly unlikely). What happened is these good old babies were so well assembled, those screwed were tightened just too well (FA lenses aren't so tight). What it means to you is that you need a set of perfect fit "JIS" (Japanese standard) screwdrivers. The bad news is, Japanese made NIWA is the only choice I am aware (here in Canada Pentax use the same style screwdrivers and blades which they shown me, but those were supplied by Pentax Japan directly), and can only be purchased from Fargo (but they don't have some blades now). I have a set of these screwdrivers myself and you may use 1.7, 2 or 2.5mm blade for the job. If you use some generic or US standard screwdrivers, the slots will be worn for certain (but you can always buy these screws (CNL-D2.0x2.5) from Pentax, they are practically the same for all K mount lenses with slight different head styles). When assemble, light stength threadlock should be applied (offical one is Threebond 1401 or 1405 clear, also Japanese made but can be purchased from Fargo).

To those new to my dilemma, the aperture on the lens seems to be stuck. It's wide open no matter where the aperture-ring is.
The little lever is all loose and doesnt have anything attached to it. I can see a larger lever on the bottom, it moves, but nothing happens.
Could someone give me a hand, instructions, hints?
Can i go in through the front? Does the bayonette have to be off?
Should i just forget about this and only use it wide open? ;-)

I have never worked with this lens so I cannot give any instruction, but often you can access to nothing from the front. To work with the aperture, the lens mount must be removed. I don't mind to fix it for you (assuming no part is required), but don't think you live anywhere near me (Vancouver).
