Hi, all of the specialised photo bags are rather expensive. I am using Domkes at my work (they are excellent for reportages), but for some unconspicious photo bags you can consider the many military and boyscout bags. They are dirt cheap, and look sufficiently dirty to not attract thieves. My friend carries his rather expensive better unnamed German camera in one. You can do very good customised padded inserts from a foam sleeping mat (closed cell foam like Evazote is the best, and is cheap in craft stores) plus some nylon cloth so the cameras won't catch on the foam. Add some weatherproofing spray and you are all set. Especially if you are a non-trendy old bearded guy, nobody would except an expensive camera with you!
