I have one, and it deserved the excellent reviews. Mine doesn't get much use any more, though, since -- as Jens noted -- f/4 is a bit slow for interiors and in the recent past I moved away from zooms toward fast single-focal-length lenses. (And then I moved back to shooting almost everything with a zoom: the one on my Optio 550.) But I would highly recommend this lens to someone who wants this range and can live with a maximum aperture of f/4. ERN
