I know I'm a week and a half late on this, but I really like it (there, wasn't it worth the wait? <g>)

It's just so typically maritime - all that green goopy stuff on the pole (algea?), along with the bird poop (guano?), the chain hanging in the water - I dunno, I just like it.

Great comp - often dead centre doesn't work for me (unless I take it <vbg>), but this does - love the reflection in the not-so-smooth water - nice touch!

All in all a wonderful photo.

I am *this* close to buying a dedicated monitor for the PC so I can reliably colour-correct within the scanner driver.
