Yes, that is why I picked it instead of 11x17.

Cutting up paper is still no fun compared to just using an off the
shelf solution.  These days I usually do full-bleed 8.5x11 prints
because they only require minor cropping from 2:3 or 3:4 and don't
require trimming the paper.

A sheet of 13x19 paper costs a lot more than a sheet of 8.5x11 paper.
