Thanks for the data, very interesting.
I wonder if the rate varies wrt package size? It would seem, on the face
of it, that it would be pretty damned hard to lose a big 40 pound
package, and much easier to lose a small 2 pounder.
Getting this back to photography...it's interesting to note that *many*
wedding photographers, and other types, I'm sure, use labs through the
mail. Supposedly the 'best' wedding/portrait lab is Miller's, somewhere
out in the midwest, and people mail them film from all over the country.
