OTOH, I was quite pleased when I found out that this was the plan. Since 
the USN has a large base with lots of nuclear weapons and (thereby) 
Marines in the Seattle area, I reckoned there were fair odds that someday 
their patience would give and they'd start enforcing better quality- 
assurance standards at Microsoft. Politely - they'd want to keep the guns 
holstered, at first.
