Well, when I go to a bar with a group of friends, the conversation is
often pretty random.  There are, however, certain predictable topics and
arguments that pop up frequently.  The difference with the PDML is that
is a much bigger bar and the conversations are recorded graphically.  I
guess when you look at the flow for a couple of weeks it does look
funny.

Being an academic, I immediately think of how many b=papers some
sociologist could get from analyzing the "conversation flow" of a list
like this.  Fortunately, I get over that quickly and just enjoy the odd
sort of comfortable feeling it gives me.
