I think you can remove Nikon from that equation. There are just as many unknowns as to where they're going as there are with Pentax. That's why a lot of people from both camps are moving to Canon. If it gets to the point where I need to consider changing systems Nikon won't even be in the running. I expect it was the same for Tom.
