The true color of the jersey is close to a neutral gray. You might be
seeing a combination of problems:
1. Print made too warm - too much magenta/red - very common practice.
2. Process used to develop film or print is "out of control" causing
"cross-curve" - the balance of red/green/blue (or cyan/magenta/yellow) is no
longer tracking correctly and no matter how you adjust to correct for it in
printing, at least one color is going to be "off". (The "blue dress, orange
bride" syndrome)
Looking at the scan, and messing with it in PaintShop, it looks like the
image is slightly too warm but attempts to correct it for the color of the
shirt produce a shift of the rest of the image too far into the green end of
the spectrum. You could try having the print made again somewhere else, but
it might come back the same or worse.
