Of course it should be mid March delivery.
This price turns into about £1000 (the same as earlier estimates) and in the US a
price around $1200+. Expect US mailorder price to be around $900 - 1000.
In Norway it cost 14000Nkr which todays valuta rates turns into £1065 or ~1600 USD
(not 1700 as I posted previously - the dollar was higher than I anticipated)
