Hi,
I'm not sure about the other lens's collars, but also
on B&H, you will find the Bogen/Manfroto lens "collar"
which looks like a generic solution.  I can't tell how
stable it is, but it only cost $10 to try it out.  If
it is stable, it only costs about $50.
