any book - eg "The Europeans" - containing some old HCB pictures
will include shots where the image extends even beyond the sprocket
holes, which are visible in the print. This is particularly evident
in pictures taken in 1951/1952, so perhaps the camera he was using
at the time - Leica IIIF, I guess - was particularly prone to this.
