What is "heavy" when speaking of 1.bodies 2.lenses

I see a reference to the "heaviness" of the 85mm FA* (and other) PENTAX lens.
But I've also seen references to "heavy" when speaking of bodies.

When the reference is to equipment weight, what is regarded as "heavy?"
