Hi,
I have reviewed the latest version of this draft.I think it is ready to move 
forward.
The structure of the document and the textual descriptions are both clear and 
well-organized. 

Here are some minor comments:
The documents use many terms such as PCE, PCC, and LSP, which are all quite 
standardized. The full names and references have been added, but there are 
still some terms that are not noted.For example, PCRpt, PCUpd, and PCInitiate. 
I suggest checking these terms and adding their full names and references.It 
would be best to include a separate section titled "Terminology," similar to 
Chapter 2 "Terminology" in RFC5440 (Path Computation Element (PCE) 
Communication Protocol (PCEP)).
