Thanks for this clear and easy to review document. Thanks also to Andrew for 
the exemplary and helpful shepherd writeup. I have only a couple extremely 
minor notes, so I am going to skip my usual practice of marking up the 
document. 

1. I think every instance of the word “new” in the document could be deleted 
without harm. This is entirely a matter of taste so do as you prefer. My 
preference for leaving “new” out is that years from now, when the document is 
still being referenced, they won’t be new any longer.

2. "When LSPs that belong to the same TE tunnel are within the same Path 
Protection Association Group [RFC8745], they are all expected to be attached 
with the same color.” I found the use of “be attached with” to be non-idiomatic 
and somewhat confusing. Do you mean, "When LSPs that belong to the same TE 
tunnel are within the same Path Protection Association Group [RFC8745], they 
are all expected to have the same color attached to them”?
