press f5 when the Eset anti-virus program is open. . the top item is computer, arrow right three times, then down to the sixth item which is file exclutions. I don't know if excluding tappin items will help, with your original problem, this could be a red herring. You could always telephone aspect systems for help, in the uk, 01 202 54 8888.
