The latest one is 13. But the most accessible sadly is 9. I'll just have to be a man and suck up to it though, and get 13 though I guess. This is because I have Win 8 on the PC that would take advantage of it for what I want it for. This is for Blu-Ray Duisks. It is good to get a better grafisics card so good on you if that's what you did. Now, for WMP. Just shut off JAWS when the DVD menu comes up. This is because of the mirror driver that this is happening. Something thinks that you want to pirate the DVD and makes it so the anolaug thing doesn't load. Darn it MPAA! Any who, that's what to do to put an end to this and save yourself some money if that's all you want Power DVD for. Sadly WMP and WMC AKA Windows Media Center won't play BDs so I'll have to suck up to it I guess.
