is the tuning muted on the new model or not?
I would hate to pay that much and not have the same tuning of the old

Subject: CCrane II Enhanced Radio
Hi!
I was fortunate to have had a demo of this radio earlier today and I
consider it to be the best efert from Ccrane to date.
Perhaps the sensitivity isn't quite that of the CC II but the CC II had
overloading problems whereas the CC II/E does not.
The FM band is a killer on the CC II/E whereas the FM band on the CC II -
whilst very good - isn't as good as that found on the newer model.
Sound quality for the CC II/E is brilliant, - if you've ever heard a GE
Super Radio II then you'll appreciate the quality of this model -.
All the usual standard features of the CC II are still available including
line in and out, time recording, weather and 2 metre Ham band etc.
The CC II/E can be purchased from http://www.ccrane.com for $140.00
